1. Agreement to TermsBy accessing, purchasing, or using the Premier VA Agency AI SaaS Software (“Software,” “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Service DescriptionPremier VA Agency AI SaaS Software provides users with access to AI-powered tools, automation systems, and virtual assistant resources designed to support business operations, content creation, and digital workflow management.
3. User EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Software, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
4. Account ResponsibilityYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.
5. Subscription & Billing
- Access to the Software is provided through a subscription-based model.
- Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise specified).
- By subscribing, you authorize automatic billing to your payment method.
6. No Refund PolicyAll payments are final and non-refundable.
Due to the digital nature of this Software and immediate access to proprietary tools, systems, and resources:
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- This includes partial usage, non-usage, or dissatisfaction.
7. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation will prevent future billing.
- You will retain access to the Software until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No prorated refunds will be provided.
8. Acceptable UseYou agree not to:
- Use the Software for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Resell, duplicate, or exploit any portion of the Service without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the system
9. Intellectual PropertyAll content, software, systems, and materials provided within the platform are the exclusive property of Premier VA Agency.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Software for personal or business use only.
10. TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms.
11. Limitation of LiabilityThe Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for:
- Business losses
- Data loss
- Service interruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages
Your use of the Software is at your own risk.
12. Modifications to TermsWe reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.
